Adam is a certified personal trainer from the American Academy of Personal Training.  Adam has been active in competitive mid-distance running for more than 10 years and graduated from Cornell University in 2006.  Adam has an intense passion for high-end endurance training and is currently training for the 2011 Boston Tough Mudder trail race.  Adam's balanced approach to resistance and cardiovascular training helps clients to enjoy the full spectrum of fitness and to use that dynamic to succeed at accomplishing their goals.
