OUR EXERCISE PROGRAMMING:
Our trainers know how to write exercise programs for all levels of fitness. Whether you are just getting started, supplementing an existing exercise routine, or training for a sport there is an order and progression that must be followed to guarantee success. One2One trainers know how to build a program around an individualsâ€™ strengths and weaknesses. Past injuries, present exercise routine, occupation, postural issues, flexibility, and core strength are all taken into account when deciding what routine will be right for you.
Our private studio has the best view in all of Westchester. Our full frontal windows overlook Mamaroneck Harbor setting the tone for a pleasant and refreshing atmosphere. We use full range functional training equipment that encourages the use of the bodyâ€™s natural mechanics. Stability balls, exercise tubing and bands, medicine balls, free weights, and kettlebells are all in regular use.
No membership private training for all age groups. Our youngest is 10 and our oldest is 80. Feel free to use our cardio equipment before or after your session. We have full service locker rooms with showers, and also provide nutritional counseling for all of our clients.
We also share studio space with an Exercise Physiologist â€“ Bob Fanelli, MS Exercise Physiology and Kinesiologist. Bob is a biomechanics expert who offers gait and postural analysis to any One2One clients who are interested. As a rehabilitation expert, he helps restore proper function and sequencing to the bodyâ€™s movement patterns.
