The Environment
Located in downtown Needham, One2one BodyScapes is a welcoming workout environment where you receive private instruction and exercise knowledge from your own personal trainer. The warm and friendly atmosphere, knowledgeable and courteous staff, upscale facility, and professional exercise equipment make your experience enjoyable while benefiting your overall health.

The Equipment
The studio is equipped with a complete collection of free weights and Cybex premium cardio and strength training equipment. Complementing this equipment is our use of medicine balls, Swiss balls, bands, BOSU, step and other training equipment, which aid us in making each of your workouts challenging and a unique experience.

The Amenities
Spacious carpeted locker rooms complete with private lockers, showers, towels (workout and bath size), changing area, grooming products, and more allow you to avoid extra trips home or to work before or after workouts. Cold filtered water is also provided as part of our complimentary service.

Pilates
One2One BodyScapes Needham offers Pilates training on Stott Reformers. We have three reformers available for private sessions, duets, and trios.
