Brad is a highly motivated trainer that is passionate about health and wellness. He enjoys working with clients of all populations. He has the knowledge and experience to work closely with each individual to create, work towards and achieve their fitness goals. He has worked with a wide range of clients as an intern at USM Lifeline focusing mainly on personal training and cardiac rehab classes. He was a Personal Trainer and group fitness class teacher at Boston University's Fitness & Recreation facility. Brad also has a lot of experience working with individual athletes along with teams of all ages and skills while at the Parisi Speed and as a Strength & Conditioning Intern at Boston University working with all their Division I varsity teams and athletes. He combines the knowledge he gained from school and his experiences to provide clients with a fun and effective way to train and reach their goals.
Brad is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT), USA Weightlifting as a Sport Performance Coach (USAW Level 1) and is CPR and First Aid certified. Brad graduated from the University of New England in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Exercise Science and received his Master of Education degree in Physical Education with a Strength & Conditioning concentration from Bridgewater State University in January of 2012.
