Chris received his Bachelor’s in Business Management from the University of Massachusetts and his Master’s in Exercise Physiology from the University of Florida. Chris has been assisting clients in achieving their health and fitness goals for over 11 years and knows what it takes to lose weight and get in shape. He once lost 50 pounds in less than a year. Chris aims to educate as well as train his clients, teaching them that a consistent, well-balanced approach encompassing good nutrition, cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, and flexibility are all important in achieving success. In his free time, Chris enjoys trying to be active outside of the gym and spending time with his two sons.
