I was certified as a Personal Trainer in 1999 by Fitness Resource Associates. I am also a certified group exercise and cycle instructor, and has designed a weight training class for women. I have always been active in sports, and have competed in rowing at the Elite level. My current pursuits include road biking and raising teenagers.
