Damon was a pitcher at Southern University and A&M College in Baton Rouge, LA and was a member of the 2000 SWAC Conference Championship team. He is certified through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. Damon worked under a Physcian in Florida for over 3 years and has experience working with individuals with a wide range of medical conditions. He has specifically worked with individuals with blood pressure, osteoporosis, and arthritis and has worked with youth with Cerebral Palsy. He also enjoys working with athletes with a passion to make it to the next level. Damon is a sports enthusiast but still enjoys America's pastime the most
