Group Exercise
Each of our BodyScapes Fitness facilities offer a dynamic group exercise class schedule. The goal of our group exercise program is to give our members the opportunity to explore new ways of exercising in the comfort of the gym. We are constantly infusing our class schedule with the newest workouts. We're currently offering everything from ZumbaTM to yoga, Pilates, and indoor cycling. All group exercise classes are available free of charge to our members. Class availability varies by location.
