BridalScapes

As one of the most important days in your life approaches, you want to look and feel your best. BridalScapes is a comprehensive fitness program that takes the guesswork out of getting in shape for your wedding day. The package consists of a fitness program, food journal and nutritional guidance, functional movement screen, a wedding fitness booklet with tips and advice, and a follow-up evaluation.

BridalScapes has 3 different program options depending on the amount of time left before your wedding. The packages consist of 16, 24, and 36 one-hour sessions with a trainer. The sessions must be used within an 8, 12, or 16 week period depending on the size of the package, but can be used at your own pace. We recommend coming 2-3 times per week, depending on your goals and the package size.
