Weight Loss
Our Weight Loss services are designed for clients for whom weight loss is a priority. Workouts involve total body resistance training including interval strength and interval cardio training for maximum fat loss. These sessions will help you burn more calories and increase your metabolism.
Our training staff will recommend a minimum number of sessions per week and help encourage you to lead a more active lifestyle outside of our facility. Your trainer will also assist in setting up consultations with a nutritionist and helping you keep and monitor a daily food journal.
