Come and learn new stretches for your upper body, back and legs. We will use the foam rollers to "roll out" your tight spots as well as work on flexibility during the class.
Nia is a full-body workout that combines movements from martial arts like tae kwon do, healing arts like yoga, and dance forms including jazz dance and modern dance. Nia offers traditional fitness benefits such as cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, strength, balance, endurance, and relaxation. The combination of movement forms also helps us to move with grace and fluidity.
A class involving full body cardio and weight work out while going between two trainers who give you their own work out before switching and going back to the other trainer.
