I have been in the fitness industry over three years. I am a Boston local and have a huge passion for health and wellness. My background comes from dancing for 15 years and graduating with my bachelors in Exercise Physiology. I have a lot of experience with injury prevention, mobility work, as well as my favorite, functional strength training. I love doing superset training, full body days and split days for myself and my clients. When I am not in the gym I enjoy going to the beach, trying new restaurants and traveling.
Quang Nguyen
I am a dedicated personal trainer and stretch therapist with a strong passion for fitness and health. I hold a Master’s in Exercise and Health Science from the University of Massachusetts Boston, along with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from the
University of Massachusetts Lowell. Additionally, I am certified as a personal trainer through NASM and hold a CPR/AED certification. I have gained valuable experience across various fields, including cardiac rehabilitation, physical therapy, personal training, and stretch therapy. As a personal trainer and stretch therapist, I am committed to continuous growth while empowering others to achieve their health and fitness goals. I am deeply motivated to make a positive impact in the lives of those I work with. Outside of work, I enjoy playing spikeball and competing in tournaments, as well as weightlifting. I also love exploring new cuisines and cherish spending quality time with friends and family
