Zumba combines Latin rhythms with cardiovascular exercise to create a fun, easy-to- follow, calorie-burning dance routine. The class moves between high- and low-intensity dance moves designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardio endurance. Experienced cyclists to first-time riders are challenged to increase their endurance and burn calories in this high-energy cycling class. Interval training techniques are used to simulate actual riding. Go on a journey with your instructor as they encourage you to push yourself.
With great music pumping and the group cycling as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly rotate the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.
